Our standard service delivers
you a completed Enquiry Pack containing all plans, Not-Affected
responses, copies of any invoices for asset owner charges and
certification of the enquiry detailing the contacts that were made
and the results of each contact. Feedback from our clients tell us
that they are delighted with our service and continue to use us and
recommend us to colleagues, but that sometimes they require
flexibility in how plans are delivered.
PlanMail - have the plans
emailed to you as they become available.
In a hurry for plans or just
want to get a heads-up on what you are dealing with? You can choose
to have plans emailed to you as they become available. Tick
the PlanMail option box when making your enquiry. You will
still receive the hard-copy pack on completion of the enquiry.
PlanStore - have the plans
made available for you and your team to access online.
With PlanStore we mount up
the plans and your team can see them online 24/7. With nothing
more than Internet access and your authorisation per user you can
give access to the whole pack of plans to the project team,
contractors and engineers for 1 month after the enquiry completes. |

How to Order
You can order any of these
items when you make your enquiry, simply select the option(s) you
require when checking out your enquiry basket. |

E-Plan - we scan all documents received into PDF format and place
them onto a USB drive.
The E-Plan is delivered to you
along with the hard-copy plans and documents received for your
enquiry. An easy interface on the drive contains details of
the documents and makes the entire planning set available to any PC,
letting you plug-in and, for example, work with the plans on site
with your laptop rather than spreading plan after plan over the
bonnet of your car.
Multiple Planning Packs -
order as many copies of the Planning Pack as you require.
You can order several copies
of the Planning Pack to save you having to photocopy the original or
as often as not having to send out the pack to a specialist copying
service to scan and print up to A0 plans. |
