AssetGuard is a free service from National One Call to every asset owner, available 24/7 allowing asset owners to manage and respond to requests for their plans directly, protecting plant and saving time and money.

AssetGuard is a fully managed services. No capital outlay, no set-up costs and no hardware, software or data to buy. This service is so easy to use there is not even the need for user training.

AssetGuard is a totally free service to all utilities, authorities and pipeline owners. Enquiries made through National One Call for your plans can be viewed and managed online, and responses can be made directly, including 'Not Affected' responses. Optionally, our PlanBroker service could receive the enquiry, respond with a plan or 'Not Affected' on your behalf and free you up to spend your time protecting plant rather than providing plans.

Give your unique Buddy Code to your existing enquirers and ask them to use National One Call, you can even adopt this as your general policy to streamline how enquiries to you are handled. And you will receive £4.95 for every Retriever enquiry that any enquirer makes using your Buddy Code, so not only is AssetGuard free to use to manage enquiries and make quicker responses, it can cut down on costs yet become a growing revenue stream. And its all free.
