Express

Have the plans sent to you as they become available

In a hurry for plans or just want to get a heads-up on what you are dealing with? You can choose to have plans emailed to you as they become available through our Express option, simply tick the Express box when making your enquiry. You will still receive the hard-copy pack on completion of the enquiry. Please note that the Express option does not guarantee an earlier completion than normal - it may still take up to 15 working days to get all the plans.

E-Plan

We scan all documents received into PDF format and place them onto a USB drive

The E-Plan is delivered to you along with the hard-copy plans and documents received for your enquiry. An easy interface on the drive contains details of the documents and makes the entire planning set available to any PC, letting you plug-in and, for example, work with the plans on site with your laptop rather than spreading plan after plan over the bonnet of your car. E-Plans are the individual documents that have been scanned and are not in CAD format (see Fusion Plan).

Multiple Planning Packs

Order as many copies of the Planning Pack as you require

You can order several copies of the Planning Pack to save you having to photocopy the original or as often as not having to send out the pack to a specialist copying service to scan and print up to A0 plans. We give you hard copies of all plans in a separate pack that you can give to the engineer / site office etc.

Fusion Plan

Where the plans are integrated into a single drawing

A Fusion Plan brings all the different plans received for your enquiry into a single drawing, supplied to you in hard-copy and accompanied by the data file in CAD or PDF format. Prices vary according to the number of plans and size of the site. Note that a Fusion Plan is delivered up to 5 days after the enquiry completes - please allow for this additional time in your own schedules.

Survey Quote

Get a quotation for a survey of the site

There are several options of survey-types ranging from site mark-up through to full topographical surveys using specialist techniques such as ground penetrating radar (GPR). Prices vary according to site size and type, and the type of survey requested.
