Your email address is your username on National One Call and your password should be protected at all times. If your email address changes you should quickly change your National One Call details or you will not receive any emails / responses.
Only 1 user is allowed on National One Call at any one time with a username and password. Anyone signing in with the same username and password as someone who is already on will kick the first user off the service. To have multiple Contacts use the Add a User on the Function Manager screen.
